Magnetic Hill is a stretch of road on Lichau Road, east of Rohnert Park, California (see Figure 24 and 25 for close-up map). It’s not easy to find, but it’s a 300’ stretch of country road starting 100’ east of the cattle crossing (Figure 26). You will notice it is also on the side of a hill, but, unfortunately there are no large trees to see if there are any bent and curlicue tree trunks. In Figure 26, I superimposed onto the photograph some markers to help identify location of the phenomena. The phenomena starts about where the first white line is, and ends where the second white line is in the background. The white circle in the middle of the road is approximately where the center is.

What the local people have noticed is that if you stop your car along this stretch of road and put it in neutral, your car will roll westward, up the slight incline towards the cattle crossing. Figures 27 through 30 show the incline to the road. Figure 27 was taken, looking eastward, with the camera on our measuring stick laying flat on the cattle crossing. I checked the cattle crossing and found it to be absolutely level. Figure 28 was taken by the second white line (about 400’ east of the cattle crossing), and it is looking west towards the cattle crossing. Figure 29 was taken near the center, looking west towards the cattle crossing. Figure 30 was taken from the middle, looking east. As you can see from all three pictures, it appears the road is sloping upwards towards the cattle crossing. It’s not; rather, it is sloping downward towards the cattle crossing.

The series of photos in Figure 31 show us test sampling the length of the road for 400’ from the cattle crossing going east. Pictures were taken about every 35’ apart. As is shown, the entire length of that road is sloping down towards the cattle crossing, not up. The slope is opposite to what the eye sees.

We arrived at the location about 3:45 PM on June 5, 1996. A new 9 volt battery was put into the crystal frequency source. It was 4:53 PM when the frequency counter, the 313’ cable, and crystal were set up. The frequency counter was turned on for 30 minutes before it was connected to the crystal. The frequency counter was first placed 40’ in from the camper. After a frequency shift was located, the counter was moved to where the second white line is, located in Figure 26. We spent about 41 minutes probing the anomaly looking for the center. The frequency outside the area read 24,997,829 Hz. As the crystal entered the gravitational anomaly, the frequency rose to 24,997,904 Hz ±5 hertz. Towards the middle, the frequency dropped to 24,997,890 Hz. There isn’t much difference within the area, but there was a difference. If there is a vortex like the other one tested, the road may be going through a part of a much larger circle. The center of the possible vortex could be up the hill or down.
I have found two other locations reporting the same phenomenon as Magnetic Hill. One is Spook Hill in Lake Wales, Florida. The road looks like its going up hill, but the cars are rolling up the hill. The street looks like it has a dip in the middle of it, but really there isn’t one at all. It is sloping downward.
The second location is Magnetic Hill in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada. The same phenomenon is present. Figure 32 shows a dip in the road and a car rolling backwards, seemingly up the hill.
All three locations are probably caused by the same thing. The question is: What could cause such as large distortion in our time and space, and still be localized to a relatively small area? Chapter 6 presents an information theory of existence that may have the answer for all of this.
